Booking Details

Booking deposits

To confirm your booking, a deposit of $100.00 is required (see below for payment options). Once paid we will post your invitations to you along with a confirmation letter detailing your booking date and time. Please check this letter carefully to make sure it is correct and keep it as a reference.

Confirmation of guest numbers and final price

Please confirm your final guest numbers with us by phone or email, no later than the Thursday before your party (if on a weekend) or 48 hours prior to any weekday booking. We will also need to know the break down of guest numbers (girls and boys) as we provide different party bags, costumes etc for each. If you are ordering any upgrades please make sure these are also confirmed at this time. Once final numbers have been confirmed, we will confirm the final amount due, which can be paid on the day of your party.

If confirmed guests do not attend

All of our base packages include up to 10 children. If less than 10 children attend your party you will still need to pay the base package price. However, if any of your additional confirmed guests do not attend on the day, you are only charged $5.00 ea to cover basic costs (rather than $15.00). How great is that?! And, you also get to keep the extra party bag/s! If your party is at our venue, you will also receive the additional yummy cupcake/s to take home.

We apologise but we do not have Eftpos facilities. At our party venue, there is also an ATM located across the road at the On the Run if needed.

We understand that sometimes circumstances mean you may have to cancel your party. If this is the case, you can cancel your party with no charge up until 4 weeks before your party date, and we will refund your deposit. If you need to cancel your party less than 4 weeks from the party date, and would like to reschedule, we will do our best to rebook at a suitable time and your original deposit will still stand. If however you cancel your party less than 4 weeks from the party date, and do not reschedule, you forfeit your deposit.

Mobile party travel charges

If you are booking a mobile party, please be aware that some suburbs attract an additional travel charge so please check with our staff at time of booking. Travel charge rates can be viewed here.  

Pricing changes

Pricing may change periodically, so please check back regularly for latest pricing. If you have already confirmed a party booking, and notice a price change, prices given to you at time of booking will always be honored.
